Yogurt dressing

This dressing is so quick and easy to whip up, generally using ingredients you always have stored in your fridge/cupboards. This dressing can be kept for up to a week so why not make extra to use on meals later in the week. It makes a great addition to most salads and many other main meals. 


  • 150g natural yogurt
  • 1 TBS oil
  • 1 and a 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • Handful of toasted sesame seeds (optional)

  1. Put the yogurt, oil, vinegar and mustard into a bowl and whisk together until well blended
  2. Store in a screw-top jar in the fridge for up to a week; shake before using
  3. To serve separately, pour into a bowl and sprinkle over the sesame seeds
