Now even the fussiest of eaters can eat a well-balanced and nutritious diet!

Check out this list of substitutions we have put together that will entice you to try new things and find alternatives to those foods you cannot stand, no matter how hard you try.

 

 

 

Not all substitutions are like-for-like. For example, replacing avocado with banana will work brilliantly as a binding agent, but will probably not be very pleasant if you’re going for homemade guacamole! It is also worth bearing in mind that not all substitutions are equal in nutritional value.

This list is simply a great starting point when it comes to experimenting with your diet in order to widen your palate and consume a wide variety of vitamins and minerals and make the most of in-season foods, for you to feel and look your best.
