Recipe Of The Week - Chia, Berry And Spinach Smoothie

Brilliant for mornings when you’re pushed for time – whizz up your smoothie minutes before you need to be out the door and take it with you!

 

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 80g berries of your choice such as raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries etc
  • 350ml soya or oat milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 80g spinach, washed

Method

  1. Combine berries, milk, chia seeds and spinach in a blender and whizz until smooth
  2. Serve immediately
