Recipe Of The Week - Chinese Chicken Wraps


This is a great recipe to sling together when time is tight. Simply combine all of the ingredients, wrap them tightly in the lettuce, and enjoy with the very quick and tasty dip explained below - excellent for anyone on the go or as an easy bite to eat if you’ve arrived home after an unexpected long day in the office.



  • 75g cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into batons
  • 4 large whole iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 1 small pot natural yogurt
  • 1 TBS coriander, chopped


Serves 1


  1. Divide the chicken, peppers and cucumber between the 4 lettuce leaves and add an anchovy fillet to each
  2. Make your Chinese dressing by mixing together the yogurt and coriander
  3. Drizzle it over the wrap filling
  4. Roll up to make 4 wraps
