Seeds - Which Should You Be Eating?

Seeds are well known for packing a hefty nutritious punch – they are easy and delicious to eat, pop them into a smoothie, top them onto your porridge, yoghurt, soup, stir fry or salad, or simply chow down with a handful of nuts as a nutritious snack.

With this in mind, which seeds are beneficial for which health complaints?
