Thai Chicken

Simple, fast and utterly delicious - this exotic recipe is a welcome change from the usual Christmas dishes we come to expect. Filling and satisfying, this meal is a sure winner with the whole family.

 

Fillet Steak with Cauliflower Mash

Such an easy and versatile recipe – you can swap the fillet for any cut of steak if that would be preferable. The cauliflower mash is a fantastic substitute for chips, leaving you full of energy and not bloated. Serve this dish with a green veg or generous side salad to make it well rounded. Delicious!

 

Thai Fish Cakes and Stir Fry Vegetables

Thai fish cakes are fantastic because they are a delicious and full of flavour but require minimal effort and time. The stir fry vegetables take a matter of minutes and as if by magic, you have a healthy, tasty and filling meal in no time!

A delicious meat free dish to tickle the tastebuds.
