How making simple dietary changes improved fitness and energy

Andys' requirement was to support his regular and vigorous exercise habit and busy working lifestyle with energy boosting foods and get into good snacking habits whilst at work.

Andy regularly takes his mountian bike out for mega work outs, roughly 3 or 4 times each week, time permitting.  When he is not cycling he is a fully paid up member of Insanity and will spend an hour working out hard.  


Andy leads a very busy working life and it was therfore important for him to eat well to provide both his body and brain with the right fuel, helping him to feel good and remain energised at work and at play.  We suggested some easy daytime snacks that he could carry with him to keep him energised at work.  Also we made some changes to his evening meals to help him maintain muscle mass and energy.
