Weight Loss Success







Recently we worked with Steve Dudman who was keen to achieve sustainable weight loss. Steve had reached a critical birthday and decided to make a lifestyle shift for the better, losing the bulge, feeling better and generally looking after himself.


This is what he had to say when he reached the final week of his 8 week programme -

'Please find attached this weeks food diary. I am really pleased this week and it is a great way to finish the 8 week programme. The information received over this programme has been invaluable and I know that we will carry this forward as a complete lifestyle change rather than just a quick weight loss programme.’


Steve lost a total of 27lbs by eating healthy foods regularly and reducing his alcohol intake. He still goes out with the lads but has curbed the booze to within the governement recommended number of 14 units per week. He has several consecutive nights free from alcohol and has managed his lifestyle changes with ease.
